Music That Gets Me Movin'

I went to a club last night with a couple of girlfriends and had a blast. A lot of the music they played is also on my workout play list. I never knew that my music tastes were still cool and current in some circles.
I was reading Fat Lady's blog today and noticed that she's sharing the music that she moves to so I figured I'd share mine too.
I have about 60 songs on this list that I shuffle through when I'm working out or cleaning the house. Here they are listed in alphabetical order by artist. Keep in mind that the stuff that gets me moving isn't always the type of music I listen to on a day to day basis.

I've been meaning to do this for my blog too. You know if you go to itunes you can publish your playlist as an imix - and then load the whole thing on your blog so that everyone can listen to clips.

And baby....last night was FUN>

I didn't know I could do that. I'm off to try it out!

Yes it was. We should do it at least once a month.

Hey Doulala!!!

Thanks for the shout out. And for the list of songs! You've got a number of things on there that I would never have even considered - but would be great motivation for me! The Beyonce and Shakira stuff not only has a beat that makes you want to move, but it reminds me of what I could look like if I took better care of myself. Once upon a time, before having kids and forgetting about myself, I used to have that kind of curvy figure.

And, Jeanette, thanks for the tip about itunes! That's great to know!
